Event venue Alasen Helmi offers modern, well-acoustically designed, and beautiful settings for all kinds of small concerts and VIP events where you want to impress your guests or friends. Our spaces adapt naturally to various needs – from intimate celebrations to larger dinner parties and events.

Our banquet hall features an extendable performance stage (30 m²), a backstage room with its own entrance, and a stage-length LED wall that serves as a stunning backdrop or effect wall, creating the desired atmosphere in the space. The venue is equipped with modern technology for even the most demanding events.
The desired atmosphere is created with numerous effect lights, always according to the customer’s color preferences.

Our 353 m² banquet hall is best suited for seated celebrations of approximately 80–200 guests, but we also host smaller and larger events. You can review sample seating charts in advance to help you plan the spatial arrangements and seating order for your celebration. For standing receptions, the venue capacity is up to 340 guests.
