At the heart of Alasen Helmi is a stunning and elegantly modern banquet hall that provides magnificent settings for corporate events, seminars, and impressive show events, as well as atmospheric dinners, weddings, and celebrations. The adaptable space, quality furnishings, and versatile spatial solutions enable the flexible and stylish execution of various events.

The banquet hall’s modern event technology, large LED wall, high-quality sound system, lighting solutions, and 30 m² performance stage with expandable stage modules create impressive settings for performers, speeches, and experiential event productions.

Recommended capacity for the banquet hall:

Seated dinners in the banquet hall: 200–270 guests
Seated dinners with extended stage: 150–200 guests
Seminars in rows: 100–340 guests
Standing buffet dinners / Cocktail events: 200–300 guests
Standing evening celebrations
Seated / standing concerts: maximum 340 guests
Accessibility: The banquet hall and event space are accessible, with the exception of the raised stage. Access to the performance stage and backstage is via stairs. The backstage room on the left side of the stage has its own entrance.

During streaming, hall events can be followed live via televisions in every room of the venue.
